Application for Sponsorship

Takeda Canada provides sponsorship support for bona-fide scientific, medical, health care-related or other activities, where Takeda may control, influence or participate in the design or conduct of the initiative or acquire a tangible benefit.

Examples of eligible initiative:

• Conferences and congresses whereby the sponsors benefit from elements such as complimentary registration, a booth or exhibit or prominent corporate signage.
• Other initiatives whereby Takeda acquires a tangible benefit (e.g. complimentary registration, prominent recognition).

We accept funding requests within the following therapeutic areas of interest:*

• gastrointestinal and inflammation
• rare diseases
• plasma-derived therapies
• oncology
• neuroscience
• vaccines

*As areas of interest and funding consideration may change periodically, please consult the website frequently. 

Important points to remember:

Applications with missing documents and/or required information will result in increased processing time or denied acceptance.

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email which includes an ID # for your request. It is important to note that you may be asked to provide additional information if so required.

Please note that review and approval times can vary and are dependent on the nature of the request. If your event is scheduled to take place in less than ninety (90) days, it is possible that Takeda may not have sufficient time to review your submission. When possible, an update on the status of your submission will be provided within ninety (90) days of receipt.
